Ark Log is the software and database function of Ark Supplies LLC. For the past four years one of our fastest growing commercial areas has been with secure check-in systems. It is our practice to develop a custom database configured specifically for the ministry involved. These hand-made databases took quite a bit of time and were therefore outside the reach of smaller churches. With this need in mind, we have taken the features most used by the larger facilities, and made them into several simple downloadable folders at a  price that adapts well to the growing ministry.

The first to come online was developed for a Sports and Fitness Center to allow staff members to check guests in and out quickly, at the same time showing the staff information about the member, and alerting them to unpaid fees or lack of training on certain equipment. Also at the touch of a button, a list of who is currently in the facility, and when desired a printed record of all of the activities and when they were used.

The next system that was recently introduced is the "Small Church Database". This program allows the new church or small existing church to keep up with their records, produce reports and contact their members easily.

Designed for churches who have a weekly attendance of from 10 to 500, SCD offers many of the features of the "High End" systems for a tiny fraction of the cost.

Our most recent system is the "Child Care Management Database". This program allows churches and groups of any size to keep up with their youngsters securely.

Designed to swiftly check children into your nursery, preschool or other facility, and more importantly, insure that they are checked out to the proper adults when it is time to leave.






The Small Church Database:




For less than $150 plus tax, SCD allows the new or growing church to manage any number of weekly events, such as Sunday School, Worship, Midweek Services and even Bible Studies.

Working with a budget, making bank deposits, writing checks, and printing business meeting reports is just a click away.

SCD uses the standard records regarding Attendance, Bible Brought, Studied Lesson, etc. but these can be quickly be renamed to meet your requirements. Donations and Offering can be split to indicate Designated giving, keeping up with each category.

Groups of members such as a Sunday School class, or the whole church, can be contacted by email at the click of a button. Labels can be printed for bulk mailing, sorted by zip code with a count report is just a click away.

At the end of the year, clicking a single button will produce a printed legal record of each member's giving for that year for Income Tax purposes. These letters are formatted to simply be placed in a window envelope, stamped and mailed.

Child Care Management Database:




With security concerns in all parts of our society today, one of the most difficult areas is the ability to check children into an education facility, have immediate access to all of their emergency contact information should they become sick or hurt, and then check them out again to the correct approved adult. This is complicated when a different teacher is sending them home than the one who welcomed them in, or when Mom brought them, but Grandma is the one who is picking them up today.

When any child or family member's ID card is entered or scanned, pictures of all of the appropriate parents, siblings, and family members are on the screen, with immediate access to all of their information. The system is ready to use, as simple or as extensive as you facility requires. There are memo fields for both permanent and temporary notes, as well as flags that appear with that child's record to indicate that something should be checked before that child enters or leaves.

ROC Director:



Director is our intermediate level recreation database which combines all of the features of the ROC Express with the ability to show the guest's photograph along with their personal data. It also supports a cash drawer and Point of Sale printer to facilitate the sale of items and membership or subscription fees. A pull-down list of services or items for sale is easily editable as the needs of the ministry change. We will suggest sources for your scanner, cash drawer, and printer and as always will be available with tech support to get you rolling, all for $1995 plus tax.
